JLL acts as an exclusive leasing agent of KyivMall project, and actively works together with the managing company to find tenants.
KyivMall SEC, the total area of which is 86,000 sq m, is a type of a “city within a city”, which will bring together a variety of shops and entertainment in one place. A grocery hypermarket, a supermarket of electronics and home appliances, a children’s entertainment center, a 9-screen cinema will be presented as anchor tenants. The shopping gallery will include over 200 stores of leading networks of brand clothes, shoes, accessories, baby products, etc. The facility includes an underground and a ground parking for 2,000 cars. An extensive range of goods and services, effective use and conceptual design of public spaces, thought through zoning and landscaping of the adjacent territory will make this complex a point of attraction not only to residents of the area, but also to visitors from all over the city. Opening of KyivMall SEC is scheduled for the second half of 2018.
